Blade Runner
As part of a University project we were given a film in groups and told to produce two t-shirts: one commercial and one conceptual, a social media strategy and a short film, based on the film we were given.
My group got the film Blade Runner.
Blade Runner is a futuristic film set in 2019 and is based on the battle between humanity vs. replicants.
We then produced a short film inspired by Blade Runner:
Our film is a reflection of what we felt were the key themes within the film; from the rain, to the chessboard, to the confusion which makes you question: what is humanity?
I am pleased with the way the film turned out and feel that it fits together very well.
The music also reflects the feel of the film excellently and fits in with the timings perfectly and gives it an overall quite spooky effect.
